Shipping policy

We strive to ship all purchases promptly and no later than the maximum processing time advertised in the product listing(s). Customers will be notified of delays due to sourcing or manufacturing issues, inclement weather, or other unforeseen factors. Cancellations may be requested for any non-custom orders before shipping, yet they are not guaranteed. 

Shipping estimates illustrate a general timeframe for packages to arrive and are provided by the respective third-party courier services. GadCAD 3D cannot guarantee these delivery dates and cannot offer refunds for expedited shipping services unless the courier offers reimbursement for delayed/missing parcels.
