Performing a Reset

In some situations, you may need to reset your Ultra Mod: MAX (e.g., when transferring to another account or troubleshooting issues).

• A Quick Reset acts like a reboot and can wake the device if it freezes.

• A Factory Reset erases all stored Bluetooth pairings and restores firmware settings to default. This does not affect the mod itself or your in-game research progress.

Step 1: Locate the Reset Button

• The Reset Button is a small recessed switch on the back of the device.

• Use a paperclip, pen tip, SIM eject tool, or another fine-pointed object to press it.

Step 2: Perform the Reset

Quick Reset

• Press the Reset Button once.

• Acts like a reboot. No need to re-pair with apps.

Full Factory Reset

• Hold the Reset Button while pressing the Side Button.

• Continue holding both for ~5 seconds.

• This clears all stored connections and settings, returning the device to its out-of-box state.

• You’ll need to re-pair with Pokémon GO™ and/or Pokémon Sleep™.

Step 3: Re-Pair the Device (Optional)

Follow the steps in Pairing with Pokémon GO™ or Pairing with Pokémon Sleep™ to reconnect.

Notes

• A factory reset will remove all saved Bluetooth pairings.

• This process does not erase app data, but any unlogged sleep tracking data may be lost.

• If your device continues to malfunction after a factory reset, please contact GadCAD 3D for support.
